Common questions
Do I need an account to use Captur?
No. Download, install, and start capturing immediately. An account is only needed for Pro features like cloud sync.
Are my screenshots uploaded to any server?
Never. Screenshots stay on your device. Only metadata (tags, notes) syncs to the cloud on Pro, and only if you enable it.
How do I connect Jira or ClickUp?
Open Captur → Settings → Integrations. Paste your Jira site URL and authenticate with one click. Takes under a minute.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you capture, tagging, annotation, and 2-image comparison. Pro adds 3-image comparison, Jira & ClickUp integration, PDF export, grid overlay, and cloud sync.
